Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items purchased directly through checkout (loose small stones, simple studs, accessories) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original certification and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom design and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Cancellation before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid, minus design and consultation costs already incurred.

Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-ship items can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above rather than cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized pieces (engraved, resized, or bespoke)
• Items without original certification or packaging
• Items showing signs of wear or alteration
