Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items (loose small stones, simple studs, accessories) are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces follow the timeline agreed at the time of quote.
Shipping
All jewelry and certified stones are shipped fully insured via a trusted courier partner, requiring signature on delivery. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control. You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly to arrange delivery outside India.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Because every shipment is insured, please inspect your package on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything appears damaged or tampered with. Do not accept a package with visibly compromised packaging without noting it with the courier.
